Compared to a set of 3 Nodes, this set is optimized for measuring joint angle (ie. knee, elbow, shoulder, hip). Nodes measure 4 body segments with this option, providing you with aditional insight on your joints. Place one Node on your waistband to monitor body orientation, hip swing, and excesive back arching, two Nodes on two mirrored body segments, such as R/L calf, or R/L biceps, and another two Nodes on two peripheral mirrored body segments, such as R/L thigh, or R/L forearm, to monitor form.

Compared to a set of 3 or 5 Nodes, this set is optimized for measuring multiple joint angles (ie. knee, elbow, shoulder, hip) and full body movement during lifting. Nodes measure 8 body segments with this option, providing you with maximum insight on your joints.
